The original glow stick workout is back once again with the ill behaviour and you can train up as Glow Pro and bring some much needed (multicoloured) light into people’s lives!

RaveFit™ will take you back to the old skool for a hazy fantazy trip down memory lane. The 90s will come alive during your energetic and ecstatic, completely legal rave up. It’s a workout so pumping that your participants won’t need to go all night. 

We’ll make sure you have everything you need to make their class a top one, nice one…. sorted. They’ll definitely have a smiley face.

Live courses are not running currently, but learn from a 4 hour pre-recorded training course taught by Zoe, Master Raver and Creator of RaveFit: Zoe has been a top International Fitness Presenter for over 20 years but more importantly is an old cheesy quaver who lived her misspent youth in Ibiza and danced for Manuamission and Clockwork Orange in the summers and London dancing for Ministry of Sound in the winters. You’re in good hands!

Included in the price of the workshop are 1-2-1 sessions with Zoe at a time that is convenient to you both. 1 hour should suffice but if you need more that’s ok too.

Adaptable for any age and ability - there are high impact and energetic moves and modified options if like us, your wild ravin' days are behind you and your joints have regrets.

You may remember the classic moves like Big Fish, Little Fish, Cardboard Box, the Bicycle Pump and Stack The Shelves. We're bringing them all back for a bit of nostalgia to help with anxiety, working on our sequencing and memory to try to reverse the damage that the 90s may have done. Not only that but it will pump ridiculous levels of happy hormones into the blood stream, way better than any other chemicals.

Get high on life with RaveFit!

The choreography workshop teaches you the RaveFit moves, once you’ve picked the moves you want to use, how to put them together in the best way to create a routine that flows and how to drip feed the routine to your participants using the add on method. You’ll learn how to make them feel like they’re really OUT OUT!

Prerequisite: Fitness Instructor Level 2, ETM preferable

No recurring monthly fees, only yearly licence renewal of £50

Music not provided, however it’s 10% off all Pure Energy Go music and guidance is given should you want to use original artist music.

A selection of marketing materials is available and this is growing continually in accordance with the needs of the Glow Pros. You want something, just ask!
