I think we're probably all in chocolate comas after the Easter weekend. So join me for a metabolism boosting workout, for the whole body, using only bodyweight exercises, so strengthen and tone and burn off those excess calories.
I'm a big believer in giving yourself a break and enjoy the naughty food once in a while, maybe even too excess, but know when enough is enough and stay on top of your A-game when it comes to working out.
