Over the last few weeks I've been having issues with my right knee and then during some filming for GymCube.com in Knutsford the other day I felt a sharp pain, just under the knee cap and slightly to the inside of the joint.

I am currently getting it looked at but in the meantime I have taken out all high-impact and unnecessary use of my joint at a tight angle.

So if you have 'dodgy knees' this workout might be for you!

It's a whole body workout, targeting the core, glutes, hamstrings, back, waist, shoulders, triceps and chest.
