I get tagged in many things on Facebook.  I'm not complaining.  It shows that someone is thinking of me.  Often I'm tagged in photos of interesting high heels or videos of people break dancing, or something beautifully moving and when this happens, I'm honoured to be the one who sprang to mind.  I particularly love being made aware of instances where body confidence is an issue and pearls of wisdom are thrown down. The lovely, poetic soul, Kit Scott who I met at a FitPro Convention a few years ago, tagged me in the video below and I'm so grateful.  She says it gives her soul orgasms!!  It just sums up what I've been trying to tell all my beautiful friends and the scores of women I come into contact with at the gym, on the street, in class, on the tube, in the bar...  We can be so self critical and for many of us this has crippling effects on our lives.  We need to be less hard on ourselves.  Who are we trying to be perfect for?  Men?  Listen to what this gentleman, Khari has to say...

I pray that Khari's words sink in to your psyche even if, in fact, especially if you have ever had anyone tell you otherwise or used your body, your "flaws" and "imperfections" as a weapon against your soul and spirit.  Leave a comment.  Have a blessed day!
