If you joined in with last week's #ToneTuesday you'll have experienced the intense discomfort of Dean's Shred Max programme and we only did 5 minutes of it.  This week, same programme, different exercises.  I still had DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) days later, so be warned.  Or you could just watch the mayhem as myself and the team get beasted in a humorous fashion!
