Christmas always creeps up on me, in spite of hearing all the jingle bells and seeing the fairy lights since October... So this week's #ToneTuesday doesn't reference Christmas at all.  Some might be glad of that!  But I guess this goes hand in hand with the message that being healthy is a way of life... as is finding balance.... so this week's #ToneTuesday is a bit of all of that.  It's only 8 minutes so quick enough to do before your last minute shopping.  There are 4 exercises for the whole body, focusing on each side of the body individually - so there's the balance!!  And I thoroughly encourage you to finish off the workout with a stretch and a mince pie!  Remember, your health is for life, not just for Christmas!!
