I love my job and the satisfaction I get from teaching at conventions but what I love most is seeing all my closest friends and those I esteem highly as peers and having a right good laugh!!  When I suggested to Carroll Locke (Urban Pilates) that she join me for ToneTuesday she went almost apoplectic with excitement as all of her Pilates crew do #TT and love it.  I put the feelers out to a select few... most of whom were teaching at the proposed time and we gained Sallie-Ann Sadler (SAS Total Fitness) and Dean Heitman (Totally Shredded).  On the way to the beach we commandeered Suzy Read who jumped at the chance to star in the video.  

Always looking for new ideas myself I relinquished leadership to Dean who then gave us a mini-HIIT session.  Dean is the founder of Totally Shredded, a concept which combines High Intensity Interval Training with Combat and Plyometric style exercises for fast results.  Warm up and Stretch are included within the video so you're good to go.

We show you the exercises and when you have time, do 5 sets of 30 seconds with 10 seconds rest between each exercise and set.  When you've done it, comment below, like it and SHARE IT WITH YOUR FRIENDS PLEASE!
