GIRRRRRLS ON TOUR
The JZ Project (aka myself and my good friend Miss Jackie Diss) is going on tour with the “Cool As F*nk” Tour 2007!! We’re so excited. It’s aimed at instructors, non instructors, beginners, advanced, dancers, steppers, hi/lo-ers! And people with 2 left feet! We’ll be doing 4 completely varied classes, injected with almost too much fun!!! We’re going to London, Sunderland, Bristol and Birmingham. SWEAT ‘N’ STILETTOS GOES ABROAD
I have been invited to take my Sweat ‘n’ Stilettos class to Holland! So on Sept 1st I am flying out there for the day to teach workshops. The event is being organised by Bianca (www.biancakarel.com) and Maaike (www.trainthetrainers.nl) for their instructors in the Netherlands.

BECOME A SWEAT 'N' STILETTOS IN-STRUTTOR (see what I did there?)
I am currently in the process of getting Sweat 'n' Stilettos accredited with REPs points and will, fingers crossed, have an Instructor Course ready by November/December. HOPPING MAD WITH KANGOO JUMPS!!
I recently became part of the Kangoo Presenting team along with Jackie Diss and Beko Kaygee. If you haven’t tried these gravity defying boots, get a pair on! It’s like strapping 2 trampolines to your feet! I felt like a kid again, SO MUCH FUN!! And really good for your posture, your cardio vascular system, it helps to drain your lymphatic system, you sweat buckets and yet they take out 80% of the impact. Brilliant! PINK AEROBICS
I have been asked to help lead the Pink Aerobics event in Liverpool and Edinburgh on September 9th and 16th respectively, which will be raising money for Breast Cancer. So I shall be joining the lovely Lucy Johnson (www.lucyjohnson.net), and J C Ferron (www.jcferron.com) donning our pink t-shirts and getting sweaty for a great cause. MORE INTERNATIONAL STUFF
I’ll be joining J C Ferron (www.jcferron.com), Pierre Pozzuto (www.battleofthesexesuk.com), Richard Callendar (www.urban-funk.com) and Elise Lindsay (www.eliselndsay.com) in mid October to teach in Zaragoza, Spain at a huge event called 5ADS2007 I’ll post more information when I have it.
In April 2008 JC Ferron, Jackie Diss and I will join David Velez (www.david-fitness.com) for a convention in Ecuador, South America, which I’m super excited about!!! Again, details to follow.

FIT FANTASTIC – CAMBER SANDS
I am sooooooooo excited about this one. It’s back for the Autumn edition from November 16th – 18th. Some of the BEST presenters and choreographers from around the globe will be at this event.
