She has managed an exclusive corporate health club in London for the last 6 years but has recently left to focus on her freelance classes all over the City and she continues to present at conventions both in the UK and internationally. Her boundless energy, imagination and ability to create and break down choreography has proved her to be a skilled and dedicated presenter. Her many achievements include presenting internationally at events such as ‘Fusion Fitness’ in Iceland, ‘Fit Camps’ at Club La Santa, Lanzarote as well as many other established UK events. She has appeared in and written for numerous publications including Elle Magazine, Cosmo Bride, Fitness Professionals, The Sun, The London Paper and The Metro.

‘Active 8 Music’ have collaborated with Zoe to compile PPL Free Fitness CDs for their members. Other achievements include the launch of the highly successful ‘Stiletto Styles’ which has appeared on ‘BBC Breakfast’ and ‘The 6 O‘clock News’. Her funky style of dance developed dramatically whilst working as a freestyler in clubs such as Manumission, Clockwork Orange and Twice as Nice, Ibiza and Ministry of Sound, London. During this time she developed a way of exploring movement that has now translated across into her teaching.

Zoe loves to encourage fun, energy and passion for dance and movement every time she teaches. She brings motivational enthusiasm, a bubbly quality and masses of dynamic personality to any class that she leads and is a credit to any club or convention organiser.
